Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] To say I made no attempt is false I was told by one manager to see him in the morning about making it right, but when I asked for him, I was told he was unavailable Another person came out after the front desk told me I was not entitled to the incident report from my truck being hit I was then told that they would comp my valet parking as they were refunding another guests stay simply for lack of A/C Days later, I filled out a very detailed response to the survey sent to me by the resort and specifically asked for them to contact me about the issues and got no response Weeks later, I went to the Revdex.com due to no response After this experience, it is still possible that I may return for another attempt if in fact this is not the norm, however, think that should be my families choice whether or not to risk a repeat of this trip I do not think that free nights that we may never use is compensation for this past trip If this had been handled properly, we would have undoubtedly made a return trip, however, no response to the survey and taking a month to respond to the Revdex.com is not what I consider properly handling the matter If you want to still add free nights that is fine, but all I requested was reimbursement for the poor way the valet stall and others treated us on this past visit Regards, [redacted] ***
