Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: They did not return to pick up the trash bags This is a reoccurring problem I feel that borders on theft of service.The replacement trash container was of lesser quality.On April 14, 2016, once again trash was left in the container on that pidate.Due to reoccurring substandard service issues with this business I feel as though a refund for one (1) billing cycle for the amount of one hundred five dollars & eighty cents ($105.80) would be appropriate Sincerely, [redacted]

After learning of Mr*** complaint I inquired into the issue we had and found out all the info I needed to make a decision on this issueour policy on missed trash is to go back and pithe garbage when the customer calls when they were missed or when they didn't get it out
in time, not do a creditOn the issue with Mr*** his garbage did not get picked up after he called whether it was due to time of day or because of logistics at that time, in either case if we didn't get back to his residence as we promised the correct thing to do for him is to credit him for those two times which I have doneI want to assure Mr*** I don't run my company with the thinking that we are the only game in town and I always try to do what is necessary to correct a situation to make our customers happy.Thank You, *** ***

Per phone conversation with [redacted]:"When we received the news about the 4 bags of trash, my crew went back out and picked them up, and when we received the call about the trash can, I went out and bought another one to replace the can, although not immediately but it was replaced."

[redacted], Unfortunatly I cannot agree with Mr. [redacted] on this matter when he called our company and said that we left three bags of trash in his garbage can we told our driver to be sure to go back and pick up the trash and she did so on her way back back from dumping the truck at the landfill. The driver said she didn't fill like Mr. [redacted] had his garbage out when they did the route, but that doesn't matter to us we will always go back and do what it takes to satisfy our customers. on his next complaint, which is that we cracked the lid on his garbage can, I don't know if we did or didn't, once again it didn't matter, we once again took the high road with Mr. [redacted] and got him a new garbage can, which I personally went and bought and made sure it was of very high quality and toughness, I have been in the business since 2006 and I know a good trash can from a bad one. Mr. [redacted] said he bought his at Sams Wholesale, when I went there they didn't have any so I went to Home Depot and Lowes to make sure I bought the best one out there, I paid $96.00 for the trashcan. On the subject of one bag of trash being left in the can, I cannot agree with him on this, since Mr. [redacted] has called us complaining about his service I have had meetings with all my drivers and laborers on the truck to be sure and go the extra mile and make sure we satisfy him, and it is typed also on our route sheets under his name to do as a reminder to my drivers, they assured me he was taken well care of, if we are going to wheel the garbage can over to the truck we are not going to dump half and leave half, if you are already lifting the can into the truck your going to dump it all, sometimes apiece or two of paper can get stuck in the bottom of the can if it is sticky on the bottom. Mr. [redacted] forgets that a few years back his hot water heater went out and his wife called us and ask if we picked those kind of items up, we told her normally we do not put those in our trucks, but we told [redacted] if they put it out there we would have our guys pick it up and we did at no extra charge,we had no complaints then. Mr. [redacted] just seems to be a customer that no matter what we cannot seem to ever satisfy, we value him as a customer and would like to keep him as a customer, but if he so wishes we can cut his service at his request, and refund his remaining balance for the quarter he has paid.
