he starts texting and making calls saying if everything is ok with the car then he starts flirting with her

be very careful if your wife go to buy a car from that dealer, the owner likes to flirt with them He starts sending them messages telling if they need help try to be a good person just to flirt with them

[redacted] had texted me on 4/07/that the car had an oil leak I told her to bring the car to me so my mechanic can find the problem and fix itThat would of been Monday 4/09/Never heard from her again until 4/14/a week later that the car turned off on the highwayShe towed it the her mechanic they found that the motor was badShe texted me if I was going to pay for her new motor and told her I would fix it for her at no cost to herWe ordered the parts and they take to days to come in [redacted] is pushing the issue that she wants her car alreadyThe mechanic found more issues in the motor an can not let [redacted] take it yet because it is not fixed completely [redacted] does not want to have any contact with me anymoreShe was very upset because the car was not ready when she wanted to take itHer car is getting repaired as we speakI have all the text between me and her and I never once try to run away from the issue I don’t know where she gets thatI have never blocked her number I tried calling her and she never answered it’s all recorded in my phone and hersI also attached pictures of the motor parts damaged because [redacted] over heated the motor and caused motor parts to completely break inside [redacted] will get her car back as soon as my mechanic finishes his job rebuilding that motorAfter that she will not have any warranty on the car due on her signing As Is Buyers GuideI am fixing the vehicle out of kindness and from my heart to help her outPlease let me know if you need more information from me

I went to La Villita Auto Sales after seeing an add for a Mini Cooper posted on Facebook Market PlaceI bought the car after being told there were no issues and reviewing the online CarFax and being verified of no known issuesA month later I was driving on a HIGHWAY where the speed limit was 70MPH and my car completely shut offI could not get it back on or started or anything at allI tried EVERYTHINGI got it towed to a mechanic and they said a sensor needed to be replaced and then my engine needed to be fixed, almost a $5,repairI contacted the dealer I bought the car from and told him what was going on and referred to the Lemon Law stating a dealer has chances to fix something that is a major issue within 24,miles or months whichever comes firstHe was VERY upset with me telling me it wasn't his problem and it wasn't something he was going to fix because the car was fine when he gave it to medays later and he told me the car would be ready after 2pmI text

I am rejecting this response because: Mr. [redacted] can attach any text messages he would like. I am upset my car isn't done because I am continuously being told that it will be ready on a specific day and then told its gonna take another 4+ days every time. Mr. [redacted] has not once told me the issue with the car, and again, I find it interesting that I can drive for not even 10 miles a day and still somehow over heat it. Makes absolutely no sense. I am not rushing anything and I have thanked Mr. [redacted] multiple times for fixing the car, however, when I call and I am told that I have a missed placed attitude over the lack of communication about my vehicle and about when is the correct time to pick it up, it doesn't really sit well with me, A CUSTOMER. Also, fixing the engine was not out of the kindness of his heart when I had to use the Lemon Law as justification to have it fixed.
