I ordered a stove and dishwasher from *** ***I scheduled my delivering three weeks out as I needed a SaturdayMy choice Saturday was icy so I called and asked if they were still delivering todayI was informed, oh yes you are scheduled between 2:30-6:todayOk , greatI wait and when the guy I hired to install the dishwasher comes to my house around 4, I call again just to see where they are at on the deliveries and she tells me they are at stop and I am stop nine Then about a hour and half later I get a call that they are canceling my delivering ! All the trucks have been called back in because the weather is going to get bad this evening I was a drop off only, no installThere wasn't even a weather advisory issued until after 8:pm that night ! This is one week before Christmas and I don't have a stove ! I was told to call Monday to rescheduleI called *** *** and canceled my orderI went to *** the next day and picked up my own stove This all happened the weekend of Dec 17th, Today I receive a call , Dec 21st - they are wanting to get me rescheduled please call them My experience with *** *** was ok, the delivery service not at allI called *** *** that evening and they could not get a hold of anyone hmmmmwonder why~
