Review: Hi- I purchased the LUIS SECTIONAL SOFA + CUSHIONS in October 2012 through Akitektura/B&B Italia San Francisco. It's been less than a year, the sofa is unlivable due to feathers poking through the cushions and pillows. Have checked the lining in the cushions and pillows. The lining doesn't secure the feathers from breaking through the lining and cushion + pillow covers. I understand that there may be very seldom cases of feathers seeping through, not for a sofa that is less than a year old + for the cost spent to purchase a B&B sofa. I've contacted Akitektura/B&B Italia San Francisco to report the product defect. It's been 2 weeks, no update or even communication on timeframe to expect. The sofa is no longer bearable for me to continue to lay sheets on top to sit. Please help in addressing this matter. Am not happy with the service I've received from the SF location regarding the issue.Desired Settlement: Replacement of the sofa for a different B&B sofa. Would prefer not to re-live the same experience. Or, refund entire amount purchased due to product defect.
The client bought the sofa from the showroom in San Francisco which is not owed by B&B it is a separate company called ASI WEST and the complaint should have been filled under that name.
I spoke with the SF location and they informed me that the client was aware that this was not a new piece ( and sign the sales as such) but one that they had for some time in their showroom and that they will send a person to inspect the piece. They have also been in contact directly with the client on this issue.
Let me know if you need anything else from our side to close this complaint.
