Review: I paid for a year's worth of service and products last year. I was pressured to pay for the whole year.. They closed their centers about October 2012. I had eight months of service and products remaining when they closed. I did sign a paper saying I would use their phone service. I should have read the document, but they were hesitant in handing it over and I admit I didn't push. I left with 4 months of products.They promised that the remaining would be shipped in 4 months. That hasn't happened. In f act, I haven't heard anything from them.They are still in business and they still sell their products. There is no excuse for them not sending the products.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to return money for the eight months of service and products. At the very least, they should send the products.
