behalf to inspect any furniture in question in accordance with our warranty provisions, since they are in the field and best able to determine if repairs or replacement of parts are necessary. Our warranty is limited to repair or replacement of parts of the furniture.
We are forwarding a copy of this complaint to the dealerships service department for their review.
If the dealership determines that the furniture meets our manufacturing specifications and no repairs or parts are necessary for repairs, we apologize there would be no adjustments or assistance we will be able to provide the customer.

Review: Sofa purchased from La Z Boy company in [redacted], TX. Had a complaint with the sofa, it was sent in for repairs to Leb Co Industries, DFW.

On [redacted]/14 I [redacted]received delivery of a leather sofa[redacted] Skyline purchased from La Z Boy furniture company[redacted]. The sales order number is [redacted]; Account # is [redacted], I used m my [redacted] card and the following occurrences have transpired, with no resolution as of this date.

1. The sofa has weak springs; I contacted customer service and sent the sofa in twice for repairs

2. On [redacted]14, I contacted La Z Boy Corp in [redacted] and they sent their specifications per their manufacturing to [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like to resolve this by returning the sofa and clearing my account. Thank you
