I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:We received a voicemail on 8/** from Lee at lay-Z-Boy looking to talk to my wife or IWhen I called him back he was looking to have the love seat delivered that was no able to be delivered prior to that because it did not past inspection from the delivery companyI expressed to him at that time that we had opened a complaint with the Revdex.com because we are tired of the ongoing issues that we have hadI explained to him that we have been going through this for about a year and the only reason we were receiving the new love seat at this time was because I had written a letter to corporateI told him that we again had issues with the “new” loveseat that they were supposed to deliver and at this point my wife and I don’t want these couches at allWe are very concerned about the quality of the product since we have had so many issues getting the love seat in the appropriate conditionLee told me that he would check on this prior to setting anything up and he would give us a call back the following day, he wanted to make sure he had “all our ducks in a row” On 8/** I received another voicemail from Lee and when I called back he told me that he had checked on the loveseat and that he was assured they were in perfect conditionHe wanted to have them delivered Thursday 8/**, but I told him that was not going to workHe then asked me about Saturday 8/**I told him fine and asked him if they had heard anything from the Revdex.com regarding out complaintHis response was that he didn’t know he does not get thoseAfter getting off the phone with Lee and setting up our delivery I called and e-mailed the Revdex.com to ask for guidance because I was concerned that Lay-Z-Boy was going to now try to say the issue had been fixed because they had a delivery dateUp until today Lay-Z-Boy had not responded to the complaint and now magically that they have a date set up they are responding telling you that they have resolved the issueMy wife and I don’t feel that this is a resolutionThey have not addressed the continued issues we have had and the extreme disregard for my wife’s and I’s time or money that we are spendingMy wife and I have wasted numerous days making sure that we are at the house for when they arrive, we have spent even more time on the phone and writing letters in regards to this and none of that has been consideredWe don’t want this productLay-Z-Boy has been unable to deliver the quality product we purchased for a year and that is unacceptableThese couches need to taken from our house and our money returned, that would be a resolution, we do not want anything else delivered. Review: I purchased a Power chair 10/** 2013 Because of a surgery on my shoulder.It was delivered 10/**/2013.First of all it was the wrong color,but I took it anyway I needed it to sleep in after my surgery. Well thanksgiving week the chair broke I called customer support told them the weld on the bracket that the motor is connected to broke.I told them I need a chair to sleep in I can't lay down in bed. They told me they could not get anyone there till12/**/2013 they were know help. repair man was suppose to be there by 6:45 did not show up till 8:45 he saw the weld was broke and started to try to fix it some how without welding it. he finely said it was unfixable. I went to the store and talked to the manager and left the store knowing nothing more but that he will call me and let me know if they will replace it or pick it up and fix it.that was 12/**/2013 AM. never heard from him called the next day with know answer I went to the store on12/**/2013 am and the assistant manager proceeded to tell me the repairman ordered the part to fix it.IT NEEDS TO BE WELDED!!! THE REPAIRMAN SAID IT WAS UNFIXABLE. It's been 5 weeks since I haven't slept in my 1,308.30 chair and don't know when I will. I still have not even heard when their coming This is not fair I've been propped up in a corner on a bed and now I'm seeing my chiropractor cause of my lower back hurting. PLEASE HELP ME [redacted]Desired Settlement: Replace or re-weld and maybe a loaner chair till mine is fixed.
