Good morning, My apologies for not responding initially to this opportunity the delay was not intentional I will contact our Comfort Care department to have the client contacted so we can repair the unit successfully, if this cannot be accomplished we would look to replace the
chair The client can expect to receive a call today or tomorrow at the latest to reserve an appointment to have the unit repaired, thank you for sending this a second time it is not our intention to ignore client's concerns Sincere*** *** ***
