Regarding purchased Lifetime Service Plans: "Unfortunately the new owner has chosen not to refund or honour any Lifetime Service PlansAs soon as we were made aware of the circumstances, we suspended sale of these warranties"- okay that's a lie because I know people who bought jewellery in June & bought the lifetime service plans! August I received another email stating that Ben Moss "has not been purchased by a liquidator." Review: I received my Lazyboy chair on the ** of March. I called them on the [redacted] of March to let them know there was something wrong with the chair. When sitting in it , it was uneven and squeaked. They told me they would send a representative out to check out the chair to my home on April [redacted]. They did not come or call. I waited home with a friend all afternoon. I have a cell phone and a home phone. I called the store and they stated the mans truck broke down and they would send someone else out. Again another appointment was given on April [redacted] . No one showed. I called the store and he stated that he couldn't find the apartment building. I made numerous calls to the store to try to handle this directly with the store and they said there was nothing they could do. It was in the hands of the service department, I was given a third appointment for April [redacted] and finally a gentleman came and confirmed that the chair is damaged and it is not repairable and said he would state that in his records and return his findings to the store. I called the store they asked me to pick out a new chair. I picked out another chair. The due date for this chair was June [redacted] . A chair was delivered and it wss damaged, uneven and squeaked when it went to the reclined position , there was a large stain on the front of the fabric of the chair. I refused to accept another broken chair!!Desired Settlement: At this point in time I feel the store has put me through a lot of heartache and I would like a refund. The store stated it was not their policy but I have been patient through many months of their service standards. I find them very unprofessional and at this point would never go to the store for anything again. If you would be so kind as to help in this matter it would be much appreciated.

Thank you for the letter dated June **, 2014 regarding customer [redacted].

We are the office of the manufacturer and we provide a warranty that is limited to repair or replacement of parts of the furniture.

We have been advised by our distribution center that the customer refused the chair because of tailoring issues and the chair was returned to our distribution center and has been repaired and meets our manufacturing specifications.

The customer has been called and left a message to schedule the delivery of the chair.
