In[redacted] I purchased 2 chairs from Lazboy totaling [redacted] (chairs [redacted] delivery [redacted] tax [redacted] I noticed that my chairs were discoloring. I called Lazboy and the clerk stated that there was no warranty for the leather fabric. He gave me the phone number of "corporate". Corporate stated that there is a warranty for the fabric. Corporate called LazBoy and they finally agreed it was under warranty.The regional technician who decides whether the chairs are to be replaced only submits the information on a Monday. I waited 3 Mondays with no response from the manager, [redacted]. Every time I called to find out the status of my chairs, I was told that the manager "had stepped out". Corporate called me to tell me that Lazboy agreed to replace the chairs. Mr. [redacted] never called me. Evidently, Mr. [redacted] was the only one who could handle a replacement entry. I tried several times to get Mr. [redacted] again. I was told "he stepped out". I was finally able to connect with Mr. [redacted]. I had to make an appointment for him to handle the replacement entry.When I arrived at the store Mr. [redacted] had "stepped out" to purchase a printer ribbon. I had to wait for him to arrive.Mr. [redacted] wrote up the order for the replacement chairs. When I got home, I noticed the price was different. He told me that He can do what he wants. If replacement chairs had not been available, I would have received store credit for [redacted] But, the [redacted] was not returned to me. Since, it was tax free time, it should have been. But, I am not asking for that. He also made an error when ordering the chairs.I am asking for a check for a refund on the extra delivery charge. Mr. [redacted] charged me to deliver the replacement chairs. The fact that the chairs were defective is not my fault and I should not have to pay to have them delivered.
