La-Z-Boy is selling an expensive extended warranty with a fraudulent warranty company, ServeCo International. We just had a nightmare experience with ServeCo They do everything they can to avoid repairing or replacing your furniture After a 3 month battle, a local furniture repair company repaired our power recliner ServeCo used SAW Enterprises first and they were incompetent and dishonest The next company, Reliable, was a no show ServeCo make you wait for weeks in hopes to wear you out they are rude and had no intentions of helping me until I threatened a lawsuit I was not giving up and they knew it I talked with La-z-Boy about this and they said they were sorry but they couldn't help me They need to stop selling this no good warranty
No settlement requested - for I am not seeking settlement. I just want La-Z-Boy to care about their customers enough to stop selling them a warranty with this company. Just read the Revdex.com complaints and bad reviews against them!
