Review: I have purchased a loft bed and it has holes from wood eating bugs all over. My attempts to discuss it with seller were unsuccessful. They sent me a letter stating that this is "natural characteristic and beauty of this product". When selling it to me nobody mentioned that this bed would be all eaten by bugs. Pictures in the catalog do not show this "beautiful" clusters of holes and do not state that bed is made from low quality wood.Desired Settlement: I would like to this bed to be exchanged.
