Minnetonka Music closed it's doors on June 30th.The customer (*** ***) had her saxophone repaired and returned (picked up July I apologized for the delay).The phone company (Centurylink) hooked up the store phone to my second line home phone (supposedly) so I can get store related
messages and help the customers, but they messed up both 1st and second lines (They're coming out Wed to attempt to fix them.)I can sometimes get my phone messages for the store, but sometimes not.? I resolved the 1st complaint in years with the customer (not this one but the last one) but the customer or Revdex.com did not record it as resolved and the Revdex.com gave me a C+ from an A+ after years of no complaints.The Revdex.com won't return my callsThe customer was more than satisfied.? I really don't care what the Revdex.com says and neither do most peopleSo fix this if you wantIt doesn't matter to me and it doesn't matter to most of the worldAngie's List is more of a information site than the Revdex.com.?
