To Whom It May Concern: [redacted] was correct and we sold her a warranty that did not cover her vehicleWe have issued a full refund for the $she was charged

Mr [redacted] 's issue has been resolvedWe updated his warranty as soon as we received the first complaint

The check was cut and mailed to the customerI have left her a messageShe should receive it in the next couple of days

The issue is internally the cost of repair will be somewhere in the $to $range sending to another dealer can run over $1000.We are not willing to spend that kind of money on the repairsWe need to do the work here

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The $check was supposed to be refunded to the bankIt is the refund for the maintenance package that has been proratedSeeing as I have never been able to use it, I would like the entire maintenance package refundedI have been trying to return it for a year and it should not be my problem that it has taken this long to accomplish thatI explained to Jerry that this is not a sufficient resolution however he believes that they can not do anything about the last two years refusing to acknowledge that this is not something that happened two years ago but rather something that I have been fighting for two yearsI was a repeat customer and I was scammed this large dealershipThey have acknowledged that thing were poorly run and that there are many customers who have had issues in the past yet their hands are tied past $which is not even their money to begin with? Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I was told I would receive the check in the mail at [redacted] ***, Rockville, MD [redacted] by Tuesday February 7th and if I did not, to call Holly L [redacted] back to let her knowI called her on February 7th, 8th, and 9th with no response and left a voicemail each timeStill no one has called me backIt is now February 10thSecondly, the money they are refunding me does not cover the costs that they said they would; I purchased the vehicle for $8,and according to them, the car was being sold for $6,800, despite it reading $6,on their website the day of purchaseThirdly, this refund amount does not include the credit at which I am paying on this amount through a credit company which amounts to at least $I have tried to settle matters with them however I am not getting any responses Regards, [redacted]
