Review: Labaik tours is a Hajj and oumrah agency.

Back in March I got into a contract with the agency for my 2015 Hajj trip to Mekkah,Saudi Arabia.

The cost for all my trip is $7300.00,I deposited $4000.00,did my immunization, took passport pictures I mean I put all my document together and send it to Labaik tours as requested.

All of sudden in May Labaik Tours called me and my surprise was my trip was cancel meaning they wont take me to Makah not this year maybe next year(2016).

Then I ask them to send me my documents and money to find another agency(that was in May).

They send the documents three weeks later but no money, they ask me to be patient three more weeks, then four weeks...after four weeks they don't even answer my calls.

sometimes they text me and ask me to be patient. Now we are the end of July I still didn't get my money back.

I ran out of patient and contact the authorities, authorities refer me to this website.

Can someone please help me get my money back, I know they wont pay me the time I waste, the energy I put into this and my loss because I can not make it to Hajj this year because of Labaik tours.

They(labaik tours) been lying to me several times saying they will deposit my money to my bank account.

[redacted] tried to contact them over the phone, none of their phone numbers is working.

When I ask them to pay my money the answer I got is: he(the manager I guess) will drive taxi to make money and pay me back, one time he says he will sell he's wife's jewelry to pay me back.,

And tell everyone that Labaik tours is not a good agency, they're nothing but scheme.
