amount of $5000, Rogers Hearing Solutions issued her a check in the amount of $to make up the differenceMs*** returned the following day once again, to pick up that checkWe did not hear from Ms*** until her next appointment a month laterAt that time she thought the hearing aids needed to be turned down, so thats what we didMs *** returned to Rogers Hearing again on 8/She stated one of her hearing aids seemed to have some staticThe hearing aids were cleaned and she said they sounded betterAt that time she brought in a copy of a hearing test from another companyShe told us that they said she had no hearing lossUpon examination of this test we saw that the test was identical to ours and she does infact have a hearing lossWe informed her of this, she said ok and leftShe made an appointment to see us once agin on September 2nd, calling into the office and informing our secretary that she needed an adjustmentOn September 2nd, she told us she didn't want them anymore and could not afford themWe advised Ms*** that it had been well over the day return policy and her response was "you can return a car whenever you want"She then turned and walked out of the office with the hearing aidsMs*** is welcome in our offices at any time for service and adjustments of her hearing devices as nee

I told *** that the hearing aids were not useful to me and I did not want them anymore. I asked her to take them back but she insisted I needed them and that they just needed an adjustment. She asked me to give them to her to adjust them. I gave them to her but I asked her to cancel the sale since it WAS within the 30-trial period. She just kept repeating the same thing over and over; they just need an adjustment, you need these hearing aids. I have ringing in both ears and the amplification was making it worse. I told her that but she insisted the hearing aids just need to be adjusted. She would not acknowledge my complaint that they made the ringing in my ears worse no matter how much she adjusted them. They made everything louder; it hurt my ears because everything was louderThat is my issue and she can ignore it all she wants but I don't need amplification!
