Review: LaBate Auto Sales uses a system that turns your car off if you do not make a payment, which I can understand and agree with. But the problem is with their system. Their system doesn't always work. When making a payment, it says transaction fail, please try again later, but yet they take the money out of the account. They do not have a 24 hour service center for issues with this payment system. Their office always seems to be close, and the person that handles the loans and payments always seems to be on vacation or out of the office. My car is now turned off, meaning I cant use it, because their system just stinks. The worst part about it, is that this is the only way they allow you to make a payment.
On top of it, they charge you a late fee for their system errors. This is not fair to the customers. Now I am at risk of losing my job, because I am unable to get to work because their system is broke. Then if I lose my job they will want their car back because I wont be able to make payments, because their system is broke. So who gets screwed in the long run, me then customer, because their system is broke and they never seem to be around to answer questions.Desired Settlement: A 24 hour customer service call line for the payment system so the customers can get help when they need it.

Regarding [redacted]'s issue with the credit card processing, he completely understood that it is beyond our control, as we use a third party software company for processing payment's. His payment was never able to go through, therefore no money was ever taken out of his checking account. [redacted] had told us he was upset about his vehicle not being able to start, however, he did not remember the phone number of [redacted], the GPS company that could of turned his vehicle on for that day. He did remember the code needed to start his vehicle in case of emergency, but realized it would only be good for a day. The vehicle shut off on Saturday night, which ultimately would have brought him to Sunday night. [redacted] is a great person that clearly understood and regrettably told me he was sorry for placing the complaint with the Revdex.com. Thank you so much for your patience.
