STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY: POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I had the misfortune of dealing with this company They have VERY POOR customer service and LOW QUALITY of workmanship
Here are some of the reasons why:
When I was called around 8:AM on a Monday to inform me my glass mirror for my kitchen back splash was ready, I was asked to call back to schedule an appointment When I called right back I was then told someone would call to set a time I waited the whole day, but no one ever did
I had to call back again on Tuesday - at which time I set the appointment for the coming Thursday at 11:AM
Then they called me Wednesday requesting a change to 9:AM to suit their schedule Even though it was an inconvenience, I agreed to it and rearranged my own previously scheduled customer calls to accommodate them
Finally,when the installers arrived and tested the mirror for a fit, that's when they discovered the mirror had either been incorrectly measured or cutThis was not something I was expecting from a professional glass company!!
And to add to my surprise, the lead installer, in the interest of getting the job done quickly (and against the advice of the other installer), sacrificed quality and started to hand grind down feet of glass on my front deck so he could avoid returning to the shop to do it correctly and rush to his next appointment
And on top of it all, THE INSTALLERS SCRATCHED MY OTHER MIRRORED BACK SPLASH in the process of testing the fit of the mirror they brought
I called them twice to express my extreme dissatisfaction and told them I had no confidence another piece of glass would be redone correctly, installed correctly, nor would the other mirror be removed, recut and reinstalled without further problems Yet they went ahead and charged my credit card for the full remaining balance - leaving me with an unfinished job and my other piece of glass scratched!!! TOTALLY OUTRAGEOUS!
So I called back a 3rd time - totally furious they had charged my card, and they had to ask me "what do I want to be done about this?" I was stunned! Not only did I never get an apology for the inconvenience that had been caused, but the obvious answer did not even occur to them:
Number 1: I DID NOT WANT to be inconvenienced again for them to return with another attempt at cutting the mirror correctly,
Number 2: I DID NOT WANT to be inconvenienced again for them to replace the mirror they scratched because I have no confidence this other one can be measured and cut - let alone installed correctly without damaging the first one!
Number 3: I DID WANT A FULL CREDIT OF $RETURNED TO MY CREDIT CARD That was the very least they could do
What should have been a simple installation turned into a huge waste of time and total aggravation
And as a final example of their poor customer service, I asked the manager, Bob Ulamans, twice to have the owner of the company, Elmira Bass, contact me directly to resolve this situation (as apparently he had no authority to make a simple decision) But nothing - no call
STAY AWAY FROM THEM! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME LIKE I DID

I would advise that nobody use this company.
We built a new house and had a home full of custom Amish made furniture. We ended up ordering a lot of glass through this company. The first problem we had with the company was the man who went around measuring for glass put carbonless paper down on a nightstand and the numbers ended up on the wood of the nightstand. When notified of the issue, the first response was "Can't you put a lamp over it?". Are you kidding me? Your guy writes on my $400 nightstand and you want me to cover it with a lamp? The next offer, $15, was equally ridiculous. We finally got them to pay for the shipping of a new top to replace the damaged one but even that took a week of back and forth discussions. We had also ordered a piece of glass for a kitchen island. It ended up taking four months for them to get the piece of glass done including the measurements once and the wrong piece of glass. When they installed it, there was dirt on the island surface so it was trapped under the glass. Additionally, they did not put desk discs on the glass so there was no air gap and any moisture has no way to dry. When I asked them to come over and lift the glass so we could clean under it and install the discs (in other words, do it the right way, the way that it should have been done in the first place), they wanted to make sure I understood some things. First of all, they would not guarantee that the glass would not break when they lifted it. That was the whole reason I was having them do it in the first place. Second, they were going to charge me $93 to lift it. It is outrageous to me that they wanted almost $100 to ensure that their work was done properly. You would think that after giving them a whole house of business, that they would stand behind their work, but they did not. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
