Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint Regards, [redacted] Sirs; As you will note, the radiator can't even last the two(2) year warranty period, years proves to be the life expectancy of the productAs in previous contact with the company, we will no longer invest in return shipping, at our expense, of a Griffin Thermal products part, even though the representative claims possible ( reduced price) for a failed itemYou will notice in a previous complaint they managed to deny responsibility due to (shipping damage) even though the customer claimed item was returned in same shipping containerTo my dismay, they have not attempted to even help or repair previous complaintsAs notified in previous contact, I really don't expect this company to man up and take care of business and be able to provide a product that could possibly last the actual term of supposed warranty, even though the product has been replaced two or three times in a reasonable warranty periodYou will also note that the product used to replace this substandard product carries a LIFE-TIME warranty, which seems to be more acceptable than a two year warranted product, which is exceptionally higher priced simply because it is "more attractive"I will also go forward and insure that all customers and contact's, whether at car show's, our service facility, or racing event's are educated in the fact that the Griffin Thermal Product's, no matter past performance, will most likely not stand up to everyday usage let alone any application that relates to a more severe duty than occasional daily driversI would like to thank the Revdex.com, we were previous members for apptwelve(12) years, until we could no longer afford to maintain the fee's, due to financial responsibility,s, for their professional assistance with this complaint of a company that doesn't appear to really want to help a customer, rather just continue to sell a very poor product, in my opinion, to the UN-suspecting public and attempt to lay blame on journey man technicians, years of public service, that understand and have the knowledge to perform their everyday duties and be able to warranty the services and satisfy their customers on a daily basisThank you for your response and have a wonderful day, we will

Good Afternoon, In response to Mrs*** complaint on me, I would first like to say I have been in the apartment industry for years and with my current company going on years and have never had a complaint filed against me. I do take my resident concerns very seriously and
address each and every complaint that is brought to my attention fairly and equally without fail as I am well aware of the consequences if I don’t. I am offended that she would say I have discriminated against her that is not the case. The *** lived in their apartment approximately months with an upstairs neighbor who worked jobs and was hardly ever home, they transferred to another location on property. My assistant manager with other roommates moved into the apartment above the ***. When the complaints started coming in about her dog barking I spoke to my assistant about Mrs*** concerns and she agreed to take steps to correct the problem, she even went as far as ordering a muzzle and a shock collar for the dog Mrs*** then started complaining about basic noise such as walking around and footsteps from above her, then it was her vacuuming, then it was her stereo, then it was her visitors were to loud, then it was her hearing sex noise from above her…at this point, with constant everyday complaints I felt her complaints were becoming more of an obsession over the situation. She would go outside and yell at them for sitting on the balcony and threaten them, she would beat on the ceiling, she would call the police, and she would go knock on their door and yell at them. The stress of the situation was also getting to my employee who felt she was doing everything in her power to appease her with no avail, and believe me she did not want to sit in front of her boss with every complaint eitherShe tried talking to her nicely apologizing to her but nothing was working, she felt like they were having to tip toe around yet any bump even if she accidently dropped something on the floor, Mrs*** would beat on the ceiling with her broom. I did try to explain to Mrs*** that twenty something year olds were going to live differently than her previous upstairs neighbor did and she needed to realize that apartment living will have some everyday noise. It became to the point where there was no talking to her anymore we were getting nowhere. (**on a side note, my assistant has lived in other apartments on site prior to this one and has never had a complaint about her dog or any other matter) When Mrs*** asked me for the corporate office number I simply said “they will refer you back to me to resolve the issue, that’s what I am here for”. Our corporate office is easy to look up and find on line, it is also on all of our documentation as well. I am not aware of any recorded incidents as she stated in this complaint, if there is any, I have not seen or heard them. I agreed to release her from her lease and allow her to move since the lease was expiring that month anyway, she agreed to that. She then came back a week later and changed her mind they signed a renewal to stay another year. At that point my assistant agreed to move to another location however we are a small property and stay 100% full therefore, we had to wait for a location to become available. Mrs*** then came back in a couple of weeks later and said they bought a house and wanted to be released from her contract. As far as maintenance issues, all maintenance issues are completed within 1-business days. Mr*** works nights and sleeps days, there have been times when he was sleeping when maintenance came and he didn’t want anyone in the apartment. The one incident she is referring to, was a leak from the shower upstairs we asked them not to use the shower and ordered a part. Once it was fixed, we scheduled for the contract painter to come fix the sheet rock in their apartment and to paint other vacant units at that time, the painter painted the vacant but never made it over to repair the *** but I was not aware he didn’t go over there as it was on his list to do that day. Some time had passed when Mrs*** brought it to my attention by yelling at me saying her work was not getting done because she complains about my employee which was not the case at all, I thought it had been done as it was scheduled with our contractor. The painter happened to be on site the day she brought it to my attention, I personally walked him over, Mr*** answered the door, said he was asleep and to come back I told him we needed to do it that day while the painter was there as his wife insisted on. He did let us in and the work was complete. The *** have since move out and turned in keys to the apartment as of February 1, they no longer reside at Madison Court Apartments. I am responding in regards of the complaint, after reviewing there are many statements that aren't fully truthfulAs I stated in the prior complaint we were treated unfairlyIn my complaints of having to call the first time to complain to the manager the issue should've been resolved or there wouldn't have been any reoccurring complaintsI would also like to say that after I have tried to talk to the upstairs neighbors about the constant noises in a peaceful manner so that it could stop I was told by her worker roommate tha who used profanity staying that I should take my "[redacted] back in the house ? because I didn't pay there rentThe cops were called due to them having fights and also putting [redacted] around them in dangerWe did hear sexual noises and bed moving while my kids were in the rooms which I had to remove them out of several timesAs far as maintenance we had a leak issue in our master bathroom that she sent a guy over who took pieces of the wall and dump into the bathtub and told us not to use the bathtub ? until he figure the leak outThree weeks went by mold grew on the walls I have a son who has a kidney disease and takes immune suppressions that if he's around any mold or bacteria it can caause him to get sick? Well he started getting sick and I took pictures bought them down there and she finally sent some one to fix it after all of that prior to me making phone callls in between asking her to send someone to fix and and her answer would be someone on the way and when I call back there ok vacationSo it took pictures to get her to finally send someone to fix itShe also stated that we were trying to move before we signed our lease we tried to look for something but nothing was available we had a couple of days to sign a lease so we signed it due to not having our family strandedWith all the issue that were occurring we then went looking for a house got approved and now we are moved into our new homeAs I stated we were treated very unfairly by mangement and as much as we paid to stay there we only wanted to live in a family oriented peaceful environmentIf she would've fixed it resolved the issues we would've never even called the front office for any complainingWhen we first moved there it was very peaceful never once did we have any issues with upstairs neighbors so just because we get new neighbors in that are younger and didn't work doesn't justify that there aren't liable to be courteous of other tenants around them because they are adultsI hope nothing but the best and inregards of there future residents I hope she's able to resolve there issues because she didn't resolve oursSomething needed to be done on how we were treated and that's why I reached out to Revdex.com? This product line has a 2-year
warranty against manufacturing defects. It was purchased in June of
2013. The radiator was replaced by our
distributor, under warranty, in August of 2014.
The 2-year warranty period ended in July of 2015.
Despite the fact that the radiator
was well outside of the warranty period, Griffin Thermal Products made an attempt to
help this customer. When we reviewed the
pictures, we notified the customer that we could not "
see anything obvious
from the pictures (that they provided) that would cause multiple failures of a
radiator. We will have to take a look at
the radiator here..." We asked the
customer to send the radiator to us for inspectionThe customer refused to
send us the radiator
There is no further action that
Griffin Thermal Products can take at this pointThe radiator is 7-months
outside of the 2-year warranty period

I would not waste my money going here. I had a protective panel installed but I was not told it did not protect against rain. My enclosed room now leaks like crazy. They were not willing to do anything.Wes,I guess who is a secretary called back, argued, said they were not going to do anything then hung up the phone like a respectable company would. Do not waste your money.
