This was the worst experience I've ever had! She would rescheduled her appointments at the last minute and still expect full paymentI made the mistake of paying in advance for a series of sessions but could never get an appointmentI will not be returning because it was not a therapeutic experience

Had an amazing experience with Juliet, one of the best massage I've ever receivedSo professional, available, and great! Will definitely be back for more

Feb 17th, 2015 [redacted] contacted me requesting a appointment and pricing information. I gave Mr....

[redacted] pricing information and also able to fit him into my schedule out of courtesy when I was booked solid; because he was referred  by another local business that sends many clients to me. I went over pricing and Mr. [redacted] stated that it was too much and canceled his appointment.

March 2nd 2015 (Please see attachment #1)

After cancelling the first appointment, Mr. [redacted] contacted me once again requesting a appointment after he purchased two 90min [redacted] for himself and his wife, [redacted]. ($49.x2 each [redacted] = $98). After the first initial contact going over my availability, Mr. [redacted] became irate because I did not respond in a timely manner according to his standards
The reason my response was delayed was I had clients all day and was very busy.

Please see attachment for his reply. I reluctantly scheduled Mr. [redacted] for April 6th at4:30-6pm.

Mr. [redacted] came on April 6th at his scheduled time. He let me know the time of his appointment that Mrs. [redacted] was going to cancel her appointment and reschedule, which she did via text.

At Mrs. [redacted]'s first scheduled appointment on April 24th, I informed via text message a half hour before her appointment to let her know that one of my clients ran late (Please see attached email #2). She seemed to be very upset and requested a refund. I explained to her that she had to go through [redacted] (I am NOT responsible for refunds as [redacted] with holds money from each purchase just in case of any requests of refunds). Mrs. [redacted] stated that her husband purchased one of my packages. Which at the time of Mr. [redacted]'s appointment we went over my package rates (which I have none for $100). Mr. [redacted] stated too me that he would like to further purchase another package at the time of his next appointment, which we scheduled.

I have never received cash from Mr. & Mrs. [redacted]. As a business, it is my company policy not to accept cash transactions for business and for personal reasons (I am by myself 95% of the time). The rare times I have accepted cash I have a app on my phone [redacted]) that I can send a receipt  by via text or send by via email to keep records for myself and my clients.

Mrs. [redacted] became very demanding and was sending back to back texts (while I was still in session). I offered her a free thirty minute session as a courtesy. She stated that she was okay with that. I proceeded to reschedule her. At the time of our text (again, I was still in session, trying to schedule her as fast as possible so I can give my current client 100% of my attention). I didn’t realize I scheduled her in a time slot, during a time I was going to be taking a class for frozen shoulder (Please see attachment 5) in Sacramento. After going home and reviewing my schedule, I texted her asking her if I can change our appointment.

Later on that evening Mrs. [redacted] stated that she wanted a full refund. At this point I already have the feeling that Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] were going to be difficult to work with. I decided to end our professional relationship; It was very difficult from the very beginning. She kept claiming her husband gave me cash. I stated to contact [redacted] or square , as I was very confused at that point because she was NOT there at the initial appointment.

After back to back calls (Which I had to file a police report for harassment  see attachment 6)  from Mr. & Mrs. [redacted], along with back to back texts from Mrs. [redacted]. I was going to leave the refund (out of courtesy and to move on from this mishap) at the local business at which we were both acquainted with. At this point I'm feeling very unsafe as I am working alone at my office 95% of the time. I rent a room from another Massage Therapist that has a current lease with the landlord. I am a sub contractor. With that being said…. The other massage therapist is rarely there as I have more clients due to running [redacted].

I have offered Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] a refund along the option to pick up at my place of business the following day April, 29 at 1:15pm (Please see attachment #4). I asked her not to be late because I had to pick up my children from school. She was a no show which wasted my time, not once but twice now; which I could of used as consultation, an extended session, etc. She went on to say that she was going to contact the Revdex.com, news, and left me a very ugly review and was going to post flyers all around McHenry Village, which is clearly slander and defamation of character.

I run a very professional business with clients that have no problems or issues. I pride myself on being professional, courteous, and providing the outmost service. At this point, I have been more than accommodating, giving Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] multiple options in which they have refused. Based on their actions, I strongly feel I do not owe them a refund.

Hello, in response to [redacted] complaint, there is a strict NO REFUND policy that she has signed (with a clear...

understanding). [redacted] has already used two out of four of her package. Because I was in a car accident and was not able to accommodate her she requested a refund. I stated to her that a STRICT NO REFUND POLICY was in place she has slandered me and reported me to the Revdex.com. Following this email is her attached consent & contract [redacted] has signed.
Thank you,
[redacted]
