I am rejecting this response because: I have received no satisfaction from this company. They were constantly in a hurry to get to a job in Houston. I frequently asked members to correct mistakes or alerted them to things that should be done. While paying, I felt intimidated by a man hurrying to Houston and taking some of the materials.I have a memorandum from [redacted], it attests to the condition of the house on completion of the work by Labor Intense Services.I feel that I am entitled to reimbursement for the $1500 I had to pay to correct these mistakes.

I stand behind my previous response. It seems there is no common ground in this situation. We worked on the house as quoted in writing. No deposit was ever given up front. We worked until our customer was satisfied to the point of paying us in full. Also, $100 was reduced for power washing of the front steps. Some slight over spray was noticed. Now, the next thing we hear is a demand for a refund. Something doesn't sit right when no opportunity to correct the problems is given. We regret the customers dissatisfaction but feel we did everything that was quoted and beyond. In looking back, someone had already started to work on the house and had not finished. We came in and agreed to continue and finish the job to the satisfaction of the customer. We were payed only after all work was completed.
