My husband use to order flowers from LaBow for my birthday, I am born in December around Christmas timeI told him never to order flowers from them again because all the flowers were always wilted and dying when they arrivedMy sister from out of state ordered flowers from them last year for my birthday in The flowers arrived days later after she placed the order, I called them and asked them why the flowers were late & dying.The person on the phone said because I didn't answer the phone, they couldn't deliver the flowersSO days later I get half dead flowersAgain this year 2014, my sister ordered flowers from this florist shop again on the 17th of DecemberThere was no message left on my answering machineOn the 21st, I was scrolling thru the numbers on my phone and noticed a call from LaBow FloristI called them Monday the 22ndin the morning and asked them if I had a delivery of flowersThey said Yes, I asked them why there was no message left or why they did not call and notify me on Friday the 18th, Saturday the 19th or Sunday the 21stThey said they only contact people time and they need to call back for delivery, I said I am calling you for delivery I will be home after 1:PMThe rude person on the phone saidWe have deliveries of flowers today, so we cannot estimate the time of delivery for your flowers today4:30PM called the number XXX-XXX-XXXXSomeone pick up the phone and then hung upCalled back again at 5:only get a fax machineThen called XXX-XXX-XXXX, I was told by the person who picked up the phone to call XXX-XXX-XXXXNO answer there eitherIt is now after 6:PM So where are my flowers from my twin sister that was suppose to be deliveredMy concern is that they are charging people for undelivered flowers
