***,I am very familiar with this case, as we have been communicating now for a few weeks.We have been trying via multiple different ways to track down your package in the UKUnfortunately we do not have as much information as we would like, as we do with a domestic packageThe only info I have at this point is that it was scanned in the UK on August the ***.Being that the item produced was so expensive, and that it was personalized, we need to make sure that it is indeed lost before we grant a refund or replace it for youAlthough the order should have gotten to you in 1- weeks as stated when it shipped out, it is now 8-weeks and has not arrivedWe have seen packages take this long, although very rare, and it is usually due to an incorrect address or customs issue.Please let us know if you prefer a refund or replacement.Thank youDavid
