Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] The name of my business is studio salon, I sell wigs and hairpieces in my business, I am assuming that is why this laceywig company has been sending me their wholesale flyers for the past years? [redacted] was not pleasant to me but told me basically to handle my order on their website because she was to busy to take my order?? What kind if company is this?? Is it run out of someone's living room?? There was no website except for the retail website, this is why I called back and talked to a man named ***, he told me they don't have a website to order from? I was supposed to email them, that's not what [redacted] told me, but she was so busy she didn't want to listen to what I was sayingThis is not customer service where I come from and I wish now I would have just gotten my wigs elsewhere with a reputable companyAs it stands, I lost money because I paid retail for the items I ordered for clients since I paid the retail price plus shippingAnd let me say once again, I was treated poorly by these "employees" and the [redacted] could not be reached when I asked for a number I was hung up on by [redacted] and also told [redacted] was not available when I called to speak with this ***I feel I was getting the brush off once again and no one has contacted me yet from this company I can fax you the order form and pics of the flyer with the prices that were advertised to me as a business *** In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

This lady says she has a Company.... yet I see no Company name.... just a personal name... The invoice number she gives [redacted].. does not correspond to any of our invoice numbers....

Review: On Thursday October [redacted], I placed a phone order with Lacey wig company for 4 costume wigs from the flyer they had sent to my business. I had tried unsuccessfully to order the wigs for 2 days prior because the woman(name, [redacted]) I spoke with was very rude and told me she was to busy to take my order. I tried calling at night and was told by a man this time to email my order and someone would contact me. I was contacted the next day and gave them my credit card info and also asked the man, his name was "[redacted]" to verify my price as what was listed in the flyer I was sent. He said that the prices were for what I was ordering. I wanted to get my total for my order but they were so busy they basically hung up on me. I received the order on Friday the [redacted] and realized they had charged me double what was listed in the flyer. I called the company immediately and the rude woman [redacted], said she couldn't help me, she put me on hold after I heard her ask for [redacted] and what he told me the prices he quoted me so I could to hear what he said. I was told to call the [redacted] but when I Sk for a number to teach him [redacted] hung up on me. I sent an email to the company that day and have heard nothing from this [redacted]. I was overcharged and I want a refund but am being ignored by this company.Desired Settlement: $49.25 is the total of the overcharge I am requesting be refunded.
