Review: In January I received a product that was damaged during shipping from LaceyLady.com. I followed their procedures and sent a photograph of the damage along with the original packaging and was assured by a LaceyLady.com employee, [redacted], that the distributor wanted to try again and a replacement would be shipped. By early March I still had not received a replacement or had any contact from the company so I sent a follow up complaint. I received this response from [redacted] on March 9th: Rachael, I apologize, it slipped the ordering process. I'll be placing an order with the vendor on Monday. Should have the item in stock by Thurs. Will ship it to you then. Attached a sticky note to my computer to follow up. Best regards, [redacted] - LaceyLady.com

It is now MAY and I have had no word from the company. I e-mailed [redacted] earlier today to vent my frustration, but as I had previously threatened to contact Revdex.com regarding the company's unacceptable customer service I decided to just contact you without any further delay. My original order was placed the day after Christmas. They have had more than enough time to make this situation right!Desired Settlement: I cannot ask for a refund as the item was purchased with a gift certificate (a thoughtful Christmas present from my brother.) I do not want a store credit as I have no desire to ever do business with this company ever again and would strongly advise any other savvy customer to avoid LaceyLady.come as well. All I can ask for is what was promised me on several occasions: a replacement of the original damaged merchandize. An item that only cost $22.50 to begin with should not be giving me this much of a headache! A serious apology is owed me, but most important is that I receive what was payed for!

Review: I ordered a figurine, swan song by [redacted], order # [redacted] for $40.49. they have not shipped,will not refund,will not call or e-mail.they will e-mail you if you start and order and not finish they what to know why.I guess if you order enough on line you will get burnedDesired Settlement: if they can't ship figurine I would like a refund to my credit card

Review: I placed an order #[redacted] for a fairy figurine on April 21st, 2013 with LaceyLady.com. The website instantly charged my credit card for $29.24 dollars and 6 weeks later I still did not receive the product. I called them twice after 3weeks leaving my phone number and E-mail address on their voice mail with no response from them. After 4 weeks I complained to them by writing them a letter and sending it to their address in Pennsylvania requesting a refund. Again - No Answer! They took my money and didn't send me anything and no response at all!! I was lucky enough that my credit card company was kind enough to credit me that money, but that is not a refund from the store! They should not be in business because they are thieves!Desired Settlement: I think this business owes me an apology and explanation as to why they treated me this way. Also they need to refund the credit card issuer (the bank).
