Revdex.com: Ms [redacted] I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that NHS Mr [redacted] has contacted me with trying to resolve the issue...He did say that the contract was expired on repairs,however that was not fault of mine....due to issues they were having at NHS with employees,noone finialized the last walk thru for repairs as stated on contract...Mr [redacted] was shocked to learn that there was no permit to do the plumbing by contractor Mr [redacted] ...Yes Mr[redacted] did agree to send an inspector out to check on the issues and stated that being there are no more funds,he will have to contact Mr [redacted] and take it from him....the inspector did come out on November 9th @930a.m and check all that was wrong with house...he did find that the floors are coming up due to the plumbing under the house is busted and plumbing pipes do need to be redone,and there is no stairway to get to attic for ac unit and one needs to be added...so contractor [redacted] sent plumber out to unclog lines on Nov 9th @5:10p.m and inspected the plumbing on wat repairs it needs...plumber did state that he unclogged the drain but however due to all the busted pipes and lines under house are not correct it will clog up again...plumbers went to contractor [redacted] with all that was found...so [redacted] the contractor sent another plumber [redacted] out to go under house and video tape all that is wrong on November 13th and reports yes pipes are busted with little creatures coming out of pipes and pipes do need to be redone all over again...so [redacted] the contractor says he has to turn in all the findings of wat repairs need to be done and give them numbers to see when it all can be done.so on November 17th I contacted the contractor [redacted] again to see the status on repairs and he states he is still waiting on numbers and NHS to give him the ok to repair...so as u can see I am still waiting with nothing done yet and now I am infested we little bugs from the sewer smell under the house....not healthy for me in my condition as a heart patient Regards, [redacted] ***

Neighborhood Housing Serivces of San Antonio (NHS), provides services to low-income individuals and we try to provide the best customer service to all our clients. As sometimes it occurs there are issues that...
arise after our services are completed or out of our control. In this case the warranty was passed due and the cause of her concerns and complaints are outside the scope of work that was provided from NHS contractors. I have talked with the client via phone several times and made the contractor go by her house and try to help with the plumbing issues. That being said, I was willing to try to help her by sending our Inspector to evalutate and write up a scope of work and a cost estimate. I am reviewing it and trying to find additional funds to see if we can help her resolve her concerns. As stated, we are in communications with the complainant and will seek out all remedies as much as possible, even when it is clearly not our responsibility. We are here to serve our community and we will continue to do so. Our desire is to always have our customers happy and satisfied.
