Harassment at its finest!
Kevin Lacey rented us a long term rental in Staunton. We explained to him that we wanted a long-term rental meaning 7+ years as we wanted our children to graduate SHS without the fear of moving districts. He flat out hid the fact that our house that we signed a lease on was in fact for sale with an adjoining property. He never disclosed this to us and now we are in the market of finding a new home because our house sold out from under us. Not to mention after we moved in he tried to bargain us to keep our garage and pay monthly to house his personal vehicles, when we declined that he then parked his vehicles (3) right outside of our bedroom window on the property. He would come in pointing his vehicles headlights into our windows, he would strip down and change his clothes in the middle of the parking lot. Mind you we have children. I would never recommend Kevin H. Lacey to anyone! Update now to harassment! He has now verbally screamed at us about how we do not pay our rent on time (not factual) and has been coming onto the property and threatening towing my husbands county police car from our own parking area. He is a horrible person and a even worse realtor!

If there was to be no interaction between Lacy Real Estate representative then my question would be why was there.  This person could have respond I can't have interaction with you.  In addition I am still very concerned why he would disclose financial status for all to hear at the time he was here.  His response to what should have happen was great-Mr. Lacy did not follow protocol stated.

Review: Today I had a visit from a person taking pictures of my home. I asked this person their identity and ask him to stop what he was doing. He continued on and I had to call 911 before the person would answer. Kevin Lacey was the person taking pictures. He was here as a third party contractor for mortgage company as I found out later. As he was walking away he yelled in front of neighbors homes that he wouldn't be there if we would pay our mortgage payments. I am in a payment plan with the company but disagree that the information should be voiced for everyone to here. My confidential arrangements should be just that confidential and this person should have identified their self instead of the thoughts my safety were in question. Beneficial mortgage the company who has hired Mr. LaceyDesired Settlement: Policy of confidential information should be follow as well as identification when asked
