we were completly mislead about the insurance we bought. And about the durability of the furniture.we filed an insurance claim for scratches on our table they came out sept. 26th 2013. We were told there is not much they can do because of finish of table. Then we noticed scratches on the chair the insurance person took pictures and summited them that claim was denied. I tried several times to talk to the owner and failed. Also asked for full refund or refund of insurance again we were denied. The sales rep [redacted], told us the insurance covered everything and if they could not repair it they would replace it no questions askedMade purchase on 3/28/13 sales order #XXXXX paid $2,254 $129 was for insurance. 1 Dinning room table and four chairs. Deposit of $707.08 on a charge card and $1,504.00 check[redacted]Desired SettlementI would like to return the table and chairs. Business Response [redacted] spoke with our customer service person on Wednesday 12/11 and was asked to re-file a claim with [redacted] the insurance company, and they would address his issues with the chair.Consumer Response I filed the claim with the insurance like Lachange furn. said to. I was told it was not covered. I would like to return the table and chairs or get a new chair to replace the scratched one. Or get the money back for the insurance that does not cover anything.Thank you[redacted]Business Response Replacement Chair has been ordered for Mr [redacted] on 1/16/14.
