About the complaint [redacted] submitted on 3/8/2016 about our business, we want Revdex.com know that on 3/9/2016 a check for 700.00 dollars was sent by mail to our ex customer as she asked on 3/8/2016 at 10:38 pm by email (the night before), that check was charged on our checking account on 3/14/16.So as...

today, there is no disputed amount. Now, We have to said this is a case where a customer who agree to pay for a job she asked us to do for her, changed her mind and with unreasonable excuses, stop us after our first day of work and did not let us finished it. Something we did not expect, since we tough we were doing business with a serious person. This is why we said that: 1.This was a 3 days job, to work in 2 areas, porch and windows, there were no indication or agreement about what do first and what do second, she asked to be done by Friday the        11th before any rain only.2. Was always our intention work both areas at the same time and she knew that.3. Because on Monday 3/7/2016, she had some problems she did not expect trying to get some approval for the job on the porch, she called me by phone to indicate me not to apply      the final paint on the porch, until she confirm, because she wanted to change the color and she was expecting to get the approval on the next day.4. We agree to start to work on Monday the 7th, because we knew it will not rain that week, so there was never a problem with any rain. 5.  | never said I will work alone, I never work alone this kind of job. 6. She complains about the porch job, pictures 1 and 2 show how we found the porch railing and posts, very bad shape, pictures 3 to 7 show how we left the porch railing and post,         impeccable, how we got it? Removing all rotten baluster, filling all nail holes and rotten areas of the bottom rail with epoxy putty, then by machine sanding, and finally by apply one    coat of prime. See very carefully pictures 3 to 5, post and railing look like7. When our ex customer said there were no real sanding, she shows that knows nothing about painting process, all new drywall walls or just primed wood do not have a smooth finish, that is why before apply first coat of paint, walls and wood has to be lightly sanded again. This was our first day of work and another sanding was going to be done the next day once the prime was completely dry to continue the painting process. 8. She complains about the carpentry job on the bay window, she talk about no finishing and leaving open panels, she talk about wrong sizes etc. 9. As you can see in the [redacted] Leesburg invoice, we got the material at 12.26 pm, by the time we got them to the job site, there was no time enough to finish the job that day, from a total of 12 board to replace, 3 were done, 6 were unfinished and 3 we did not star to make them. Please see pictures 8 to 17. 10. We left 3 board that were done completely nailed to the window, the 6 that were unfinished we left them temporary nailed only, there was no risk of any wind taking the board to the neighbor. 11. When she said board were wrong size, she again does not know what she is talking about, the job was to replace existing rotten board for PVC ones, we were not going to change the design of the trim, if you see pictures 8 to 11, there is a quarter round piece in between two boards making a round corner, since that piece was not left nailed to the window, she though our boards were too short, that is not true, the item 5 of TW Perry invoice, shows we had that quarter round piece, we did not cut it yet only, again, another no sense excuse. 12. About the front octagon window, picture 18 shows how we found this window, we remove 2 pieces of its trim to confirm the size of the PVC board necessary to repair it, we did not nailed back because how rotten they were, so we left that window as picture 19 shows without 2 pieces of trim. 13. She canceled our Tuesday morning meeting, she asked us to remove any material weleft at her house and asked us not to work again in her house. 14. She refused to meet me on site to explain why she though we did not a good job, she did not let us finish the job and she acted as there were no agreement, again, not a serious person. This is the first time a customer complains about our job, we have many and Revdex.com can ask, good references about our job is the only thing Revdex.com can get from them about us.Have a nice dayJuan L[redacted] Owner
