when I was reading threw our email conversation we had back on Monday July 13th I realized a miscommunication had taken place.
I did not install your downspout, your downspouts were apart of your existing gutters.
The system was installed...

nearly 6 years ago, my training with my sales people is/was that we try to save the customer money by re-using there existing downspout, however if it clogs then new larger downspouts will be needed, which is a billable service.
My records don't indicate that I made you any offers to help correct this issue with the purchase of new larger downspout, the cost of these installed would be $90 each/per story.

the downspouts were newly put in you can tell by looking at them that they were not the original downspouts.
No, you didn't give the option of "guarantee" downspout size or say the size installed was not guaranteed.

purchase in 2009. The consumer litigates for a living and has threatened me, by saying he is capable of turning this molehill into a mountain...because he won't spend 15 minutes maintaining his gutters. I guess at this stage since the consumer refuses to pay the service fee, I could show him how to spray water at his gutters from the ground at no charge but I refuse to just go do it, he has to be there so I can teach him how. By the way not all the things on the web are true, and I always try to work threw these items with consumers and would be happy to answer any questions at [redacted].

It is not the first time I have contacted him. Shortly after buying the product, I called the business to report that water was not being caught in the gutters and was gushing over the sides. Now I am reporting that "LACINA'S LIFETIME TRANSFERABLE NO CLOG WARRANTY" is worthless if the owner has to free the clogs as he suggests. He is right that I am not going to get up on a ladder to clean the gutters, as I know people who have fallen from ladders and was told I would not need to do that when I bought the product. That is not my area of expertise. And cleaning from the ground is ineffective. But if he wants to be there, try that, and show me how, that's fine; but if it does not work, I think expect him to honor the warranty.

We fundamentally disagree on whether this is a warranty item. I have a "no clog" warranty and these gutters are clogged worse than regular gutters. Regardless of our differing positions, he won't even have the decency to declog them for me while I watch and learn. He does not seem to understand that I do not get on ladders, do not use hoses, and do not have a spray spout to attach to my hose. This is getting ridiculous. I sent a Revdex.com complaint so others would know of Lacina's practice so they could make an educated decision. Do NOT conclude that I am satisfied. I will never be satisfied because I have had to respond three times and he refuses to make a reasonable offer. We have been around and around on this. Lacina has a different view so I am not satisfied so please do not close the case as resolved. It cannot be resolved as long as he continues with his position.
