I cannot speak to Lacknothing Services LLC remodeling skills, however I can speak to the owner's management skills and treatment of customers I signed a lease and rented a home that he managed for months When I went to look at the rental property and asked about $rent, he told me he had not changed the website information and the rent was $ That should have been a BIG clue about his business practice The house's carpet had supposedly been dry cleaned but reeked of dogUpon moving into the rental property I contacted him to remedy the still pungent dog odor, clean out the dryer vent, repair the back porch light, fix a toilet that wouldn't flush, and fix the front and rear water faucets After one week and no response I contacted him again and used the phrase safety hazards, he then responded While he brought a deodorizer for the carpet, the house still smelled of dog after treatments and back water faucet which was never fixed for the months I lived there. The house was filthy, but I needed a house so I just cleaned baseboards, windows, window sills, air returns, retreated the carpet, rented a steam cleaner and rinsed the carpet which was still filthy to remove the still pungent dog odor, lined kitchen and bathroom cabinets, immediately mopped the linoleum in rooms which were filthy, fixed drafts in the front and back doors, trimmed low hanging limbs and removed a dead tree, cleaned out the gutters that were filled with leaves and overflowing onto my plants in the flowerbed I contacted him in February to tell him that there was a hole on the north side of the house foundation that not only impacted the heating costs but also allowed a mother cat to enter and have a litter of kittens that caused a cat urine odor in the house By the time I left in August, he still had not responded to the cats or hole in the foundation The cat and now full grown cats in the litter STILL lived under the house Before I let I filled ALL nail holes and retouched paint on walls and trim The final straw was when I moved out he took $of my $deposit for such things as vacuuming, cleaning cabinets, cleaning windows, cleaning carpets, replacing light bulbs, and picking up a roll of bubble wrap I had mistakenly left behind When I contacted him about the nit picky fees taken from my deposit, he initially said he was justifiedLater, he told me I had broken the lease because it had automatically renewed in April, a year after the initial contract, (originally, he said there was no problem with moving out after a year as long as I left in the summer months)He then said that although he was justified he would give me an additional 10% of my deposit backI am not impressed

I cannot speak to Lacknothing Services LLC remodeling skills, however I can speak to the owner's management skills and treatment of customers. I signed a lease and rented a home that he managed for 17 months. When I went to look at the rental property and asked about $700 rent, he told me he had not changed the website information and the rent was $775. That should have been a BIG clue about his business practice. The house's carpet had supposedly been dry cleaned but reeked of dog. Upon moving into the rental property I contacted him to remedy the still pungent dog odor, clean out the dryer vent, repair the back porch light, fix a toilet that wouldn't flush, and fix the front and rear water faucets. After one week and no response I contacted him again and used the phrase safety hazards, he then responded. While he brought a deodorizer for the carpet, the house still smelled of dog after 2 treatments and back water faucet which was never fixed for the 17 months I lived there. The house was filthy, but I needed a house so I just cleaned baseboards, windows, window sills, air returns, retreated the carpet, rented a steam cleaner and rinsed the carpet which was still filthy to remove the still pungent dog odor, lined kitchen and bathroom cabinets, immediately mopped the linoleum in 3 rooms which were filthy, fixed drafts in the front and back doors, trimmed low hanging limbs and removed a dead tree, cleaned out the gutters that were filled with leaves and overflowing onto my plants in the flowerbed. I contacted him in February to tell him that there was a hole on the north side of the house foundation that not only impacted the heating costs but also allowed a mother cat to enter and have a litter of kittens that caused a cat urine odor in the house. By the time I left in August, he still had not responded to the cats or hole in the foundation. The cat and now full grown cats in the litter STILL lived under the house. Before I let I filled ALL nail holes and retouched paint on walls and trim. The final straw was when I moved out he took $401 of my $775 deposit for such things as vacuuming, cleaning cabinets, cleaning windows, cleaning carpets, replacing light bulbs, and picking up a roll of bubble wrap I had mistakenly left behind. When I contacted him about the nit picky fees taken from my deposit, he initially said he was justified. Later, he told me I had broken the lease because it had automatically renewed in April, a year after the initial contract, (originally, he said there was no problem with moving out after a year as long as I left in the summer months). He then said that although he was justified he would give me an additional 10% of my deposit back. I am not impressed.
