This has already been resolved, with the customer's credit card refunded the cost of her trip. While we can initiate a refund, we are not her processor and it may take some time for whoever that is to post her refund. However, the customer's requested resolution has been met

Laclede Cab will be addressing the matter via phone contact. We are unable to get a firm grasp on what the actual incident is here as the complaint is one, single, 18-line long sentence. There is simply too much room for misunderstanding (e.g., is the "chief manager" the Chief Dispatcher
or the General Manager?); however, we believe we can resolve the matter in a more direct manner

We'd like to thank the customer for letting us know about this. While it appears from the complaint that the customer has had this experience in the past, unfortunately there has been no previous dates, times, cab numbers, driver badge name or number, trip information or other data provided so
that we can investigate past experiences, nor is most of that information provided in the immediate instance. This is important because sometimes the longer route is the more efficient route, and we would like to know if the driver was attempting what may have been NORMALLY a more efficient route or if he took a longer, more costly one intentionally. In any case, we agree with this customer that he should have gone the way the customer asked, even if he expected that route to be more expensive. We also agree that this customer should have a $refund and will see that it is issued to the customer name and address provided
