I have had Laclede Mutual Insurance ( [redacted] Insurance) since May of (roughly five years)I have attempted to make claims during that time, NONE of which were covered (busted year old clay water line in 2011, floor issues from a plumbing leak in as well as replacement of a roof that was hail damaged and began leaking onto the ceiling in the kitchen.) Since NONE of these claims were ever covered I ended up spending a little over $ [redacted] out of my own pocket to fix these problemsThis appears to be their "modus operandi": 1.) TERRIBLE customer service!!! 2.) They will raise your deductible without informing you(I'm not the only person they have done this to.) 3.) They will take payments from you for years but they will never cover ANYTHINGEVER 4.) Instead of trying to help their customers, they try to find reasons why they CAN'T help youAnd if they can't find one they will make one up in the hopes that you won't fight it 5.) If you try to fight their decision not to cover your claim then they will just drop you and will not cite any policy specific reason for doing so
