They have given refunds & I this because a friend of mine got one!!!

The Color Buzz issued some refunds for the cancelled Memphis race but not all so for the company in question to claim that they do not issue refunds is an untruthI've enclosed a copy of an email they sent another racer regarding the refund they granted to him; for the cancelled race

I do not wish to wait until next year to receive receive services that I paid for this past summer. If your business is not willing to give me my money back, please admit that you scammed thousands of people into signing up for your eventYou lied because there was no 5k event and you stole our money because you did not provide the services promised

If this change would have been a one-time thing, I would understand, however, this has not only taken place twice in our city but also in other cities across the countryI do not appreciate this company continually not providing me with a refund for services they failed to deliver, and from what I see, had no intention to deliverThe entire company seems fraudulent and poorly mismanagedI do not think that, as a consumer, I should have to suffer for this companies lack of leadershipI simply want my money back so that I can use it to enter other races and support local causesI don't want my money used as a loan to ColorBUZZ so that they can continue to operate in an unethical way

This event has not been cancelled Our Memphis event date has been rescheduledWe will be holding our Color BUZZ event at Memphis International Raceway on June 11th!We are now under new management and looking forward to bringing our updated race to the great city of Memphis!We are

When I originally registered in June 2015, the race was originally scheduled for August 15, The date was then changed to October or 3, It has not been changed to June 11, 2016, a full year from the original registrationI have been told several different things from a representative of the Color Buzz, one being that they keep changing the date because there has not been enough people registerSo more than likely the chances of the race being rescheduled again are pretty likelyAt no time when I registered did I see where it said the date is likely to be changed over and over againI will no longer be living in the Memphis area in June I have also been told the Company is under new managementHow that effects me, I have no ideaThere have been emails sent that they do not issue refunds, although SEVERAL people have received refunds from the CompanyThis Company is a scam! End of StoryAt this point it isn't even about the money it is about the principal of the whole thingColor Buzz can keep pushing the date back further and further and before we know it the race is in 2017! Bottom line they are taking peoples money and not delivering the servicesPERIOD

That is the message that they keep sending me I believe this is a scam, and I just want my money back

There are numerous people who did in fact receive refunds minus the Active service charge. The no refund policy was added when new management took over. It was not stated when I signed up in June for the original run date of August 2015. According to your website, the run can be rescheduled or cancelled due to hazardous conditions. However, the weather was beautiful on the original date and the first rescheduled date of October 2015.  Management at the Raceway location has stated that you have rescheduled twice due to a lack of people signed up. Postponing the run to next summer is not going to increase the registration numbers. I would never have signed up for a run in June due to our family's schedule that time of the year. I was willing to work with you on the first reschedule, but not one that is almost a year later! My daughters and I were looking forward to having a fun evening together. There is no one in Memphis who would purchase this registration. Numerous people have filed complaints through the Revdex.com. Plus, our local television station did a segment about your company because there are so many people upset about the multiple reschedulings and the refunds. There were people featured who did receive refunds and people who have been denied (like me). According to comments on several running forums, your business has done this exact thing in several cities.
