We have reached out to the customer and resolved the issue. He was upset the returns process took so long and then we replaced his boots when he wanted a refund. We have since refunded him as he had asked. If you need us to take any further steps please let us know. Otherwise

There was a mix up with the customers delivery address and we have not been able to retrieve the boots or contact the location the boots were delivered.? Therefore we have refunded the customer the price of the boots which the customer should see on their end in the next few business
days.?
