In the complaint the client said she didn't know the process to get to the color she requested, she did. 3 months prior she private messaged one of our other stylist on Social media about doing an ombre and the stylist told her the same thing. We have proof because the other stylist kept the private message! She also said that her hair has been pre lightened in the past with no problem, but said in the private message that other people have told her that her hair was hard to lighten. We believe her hair has always been dark.  It is very hard to achieve the color she presented to the stylist the first time without damaging the hair. The receptionist did inform the client that there may or may not be an additional charge and that the stylist will call her. The stylist did call her and told her that there may be an additional charge and that also it may be damaging due to the close color application of more bleach! The client refused to pay the additional $**-$** and said she was going to go somewhere else to have it lightened more. She came back a few hours later with her husband who demanded to see the owner.  The owner was off and they were informed that she would call them first thing Tuesday  to resolve it the best way we could. When the owner came in she did attempt to call the husband's number but no answer. She said she would try afain Wednesday,  but that's when we received the complaint. Also the client posted a picture on social media of her hair and we also witnessed her taking a selfie in her vehicle after her color service. Once again here is proof of the private message prior to her service with us and a before and after picture of the first step of achieving the shade of the picture she showed the stylist.

I am rejecting this response because:
The statements are not accurate in this letter. My husband never received any correspondence from the owner. Most professionals leave a message if the intention is to truly resolve a matter. Also, if we were informed of an additional $** charge, then why would [redacted] need to tell me I am being charged first thing upon my arrival, if I already indeed knew this by the manager? The manager never told me this on the phone. She offered to take care of it or I would have declined. I did have a conversation a long time ago with another stylist on Facebook. It seems like it has been months ago. The conversation if I remember correctly involved Ombre and also turning my hair completely honey blonde. I was told this would take some time because my hair is dark. She told me that would take some time and I could not do that in one step because of the shade of my hair.  I can take a picture without a filter and show what my hair looks like because everyone who sees me, even those who saw my pic on, with an added filter on social media commented that I looked like I did not have an ombre done. I am constantly told by people that I do not look like I have an ombre on my hair. I am disappointed at this experience and the lack of resolve in this matter.
