Lacy Construction

Due to Lecy construction refusal to address improper tiling and pan in shower, our entire shower has to be rebuilt. The complaint was made soon after new construction and a bandaid slapped up to address a small part of the problem when it fact the entire walk in shower was improperly built and now must be ripped out. The part they did fix was because the tiler used regular sheetrock under the tile to our surprise-but they only check one small area. The area cracked again and our second complaint was ignored. Each year the problem worsens. Do not use this builder. We have built several times and lived in our homes a long time and never had problems like this. Our fireplace tile is also done improperly with loose surround tiles with no study underlay and when pointed out to Lecy manager, nothing was done. That will cost us another 1500 or more. The workmanship of their tile sub was shoddy and inadequate and not addressed adequately after several calls to Lecy.

This is the greatest family owned company I have ever dealt with in 86 yrs. Scott [redacted] and his wife Melissa [redacted] owners are trustworthy, reasonable, honest, and doesn't break their contracts. I would give them 10 stars they are very professional but simple people. Great experience I have recommended them to all my family and friends!
