Love my furniture & this store
I am getting important company and needed a pair of matching recliners to replace my 10 yr old well worn recliners. I don’t have time to wait to special order. I found several pairs of recliners in stock in the showroom that I liked and picked a pair of motorized recliners in a beautiful durable fabric. That led to a new loveseat to coordinate with the recliners and another chair and ottoman with coordinating fabric from the same line. ALL in stock on a Saturday and arranged delivery on the following Monday. Delivery was on time, and care was taken to protect my doorways as well as the new furniture. Delivery men were professional, friendly and helped arrange the furniture in my room. My room is so pretty and I’m loving the new look! I have purchased furniture from this store since 1971 when we bought our first furniture as newlyweds. I’ve never been disappointed with the awesome service or the furniture I’ve purchased thru the years. Their inventory is huge and a variety of styles to fit most decor styles. I’ve ordered furniture from them as well and items were delivered in the time frame I was told.
There are so many reasons this biz has been around since 1947! They are easy to work with, have quality furniture at great prices. Thank you Matt & Logan for your help with this purchase ! I recommend Lacy’s furniture for your decor needs! In 51 years I’ve not been disappointed!

Review: Website advertised a sale of furniture at their business. We went to business and tried to order it and were told it was 600 dollars more than the advertised price. When shown the website and the advertised price they said there was a problem with the website. We went out to our car and ordered it on line got a receipt for billing I have it. We waited over a week never heard anything except for the email from the business thanking us for the purchase. As of today the couch is still advertised on there website for the same price. We called owner and told us there was glitch in website. They knew about it for over a week. I believe this is BAIT AND SWITCH. This is bad business and false advertisement.Desired Settlement: We want the product delivered for the price as advertised and paid for.

In nearly 70 years of business, this is our company's first and only complaint to the Revdex.com. Operating in a small farming community, we endeavor to treat every customer as we would treat our own family. Here are the facts: Through a third party website maker we built and went live with a website that had errors in the way goods were priced. As we worked to fix these errors with the third party, we advised this customer while she was inside our brick and mortar store, that our new site had errors and that we were in the process of fixing them. This customer promptly left our store and quickly placed an order on the site. She has the nerve to now demand that we sell this item to her at that price! She is basically extorting us! We cannot stay in business by selling goods for less than our wholesale cost. We would have preferred to handle this in a amicable manner, but the customer insisted on the price that we warned her was an honest error. Seeing her actions, we respectfully don't want to do business with the consumer.In addition, at no time were any funds withdrawn from the customer accounts. The message provided to the consumer was automatically generated but at no time were any of her accounts charged as that specific section of the website was inactive at the time.

I am rejecting this response because: Simple slant of facts. Your website with your simple error I say bait and switch was up for over a week advertising the same price. It's very simple to take a site down until it is fixed but YOU chose to mislead the public in attempts to get customers into the business and lie to them. Trust me you are no small store, you are in a small town for family reasons. A good businessman or woman would have been to eat the $200 loss or whatever to keep a good reputation and not be conducting illegal business. But you have chosen to take on the roll of the victim when the case law is very clear.
