I hired LAD Services LLC to perform some masonry work at my home. He was to rebuild part of my chimney, and to replace a few sporatic damaged bricks within the front of my home. The sporatic brick never got replaced although I paid him in full for the job. I was then told after numerous attempts to get him back out to complete the job that it would cost me MORE money for the extra bricks which were part of the original quote.

[redacted] does not answer his phone or return messages and when I finally did reach him after weeks of attempts, he send his assistant to do the job which was shoddy at best. He used old discolored and mis-matched bricks (not new and matching as promised) and the mortar color was a completely different color and very sloppy. It looks terrible and he to this day he refuses to fix the problem even after paying not once but twice for the job. He also ruined my stonewall in the fron t of my house by dumping left over cement mortar over the edge. this is now permanently damaged and un-resolved.
