Service Line Warranties Company sent Ladd to my house on separate occasions to unclog my sewage drainEach time they did a poor job In June I my Sewage backed up into the lower level of my home Ladd came and supposedly cleared the drain6/16/Burggraff Services came and dried up the sewage water, replaced the carpet and restored den and restroom8/14/Ladd was called again for the same problem Servpro came, dried up the sewage water, replaced the carpet and I thought it was all repaired 6/22/my sewage is clogged again, and the carpet and the entire lower level is soaked again My insurance company sent me a cancellation notice on 1/27/because of the claims that I have had to fileWhen I tried to contact them to speak to someone about the problems that I had with them, MrLadd hung the phone up in my face
