We have no problem giving a return, even after the 15-day return limit we show on our websiteHowever, our records show we haven't received the product back from the customer, and cannot verify or track where the customer returned it (just to to see if it was accidentally delivered to the wrong
address, or something else). We requested the tracking number the customer said they received, but the tracking number is invalid according to UPSWe requested more information or to verify the number but the customer wasn't willing to work with us further.Please let me know if you need any other information from us.Thanks,*** ***Laddergolf.com*** ***

** *** What they sent you is a lie, I sent the tracking number to UPS and they checked their records and said that their company received the return and they signed for itSo how can they say they did not receive the return when they signed for it, I sent you the tracking number that I sent to their company and UPS and that is what I have , record of them signing for it
