TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
One of their employees thought it was a good idea to sexually pleasure himself while sitting in his vehicle in front of my house. Since their employees are 10-99 contractors, they now want to tell me there is nothing they can do about it except term his contract with them. I would not recommend this company or any of their so called "trusted" contractors around my house.

SEEK NOW unprofessional roof Inspector
This is a true complaint about the roof inspector who was sent by Seek Now (previously known as Ladder Now) to inspect and assess damages to my roof after I had submitted a claim to my insurance company of suspected hail damage. This claim of roof damage was based upon a previous professional roofer's input who had already inspected my roof and had found, photographed and showed me evidence of damage. My insurance company sent Seek Now's (which I wasn't aware of at the time) to perform the roof inspection. About one week later my home insurance adjuster stated that based upon the roofer's inspection report no damage were seen on my roof. I was perplexed, considering that I had been shown earlier photos of the damages, so when I hung up with the adjuster and immediately phoned my roofer to question why he would show me photos of damage and then tell the adjuster that there was no damage. My roofer (Finest Roofing) immediately responded that the adjuster hadn't even asked him for his input but he mentioned that there had been a young adult from Seek Now up on the roof along with he and his crew and told me that all he saw was that this Seek Now employee basically walked around and glanced at the roof line with haste and uninterest in looking at what he (my roofer) had taken time to chalk-mark prior to his arrival. Armed with this information and now that I was aware that my adjuster had sent his own roof inspector I contacted my adjuster and questioned why his assigned roof inspector didn't want to see the damaged areas my roofer was trying to show him. I informed my adjuster that I was very dissatisfied with what I now knew of Seek Now inspector's unprofessional behavior and requested a reinspection by a more professional inspection company. Furthermore I reviewed the BBB complaints on Seek Now, formerly Ladder Now and there are many negative reviews on this company. I won't be using them again and if your insurance company tells you that they are going to use Seek Now-you should reconsider.

Was your contractor present for the roof inspection?
If you disagree with the results of this inspection then ask the insurance company for a reinspection.
If they do not agree to a roof inspection contact the Department of insurance.
I am an insurance adjuster myself. I call for inspections using this company and another company.
You yourself can call the other company Hancock and pay for their inspection of the roof as well. Or you can go to a greater expense and hire an engineering firm to perform an inspection of the roof. They would have no choice if an engineer came out and found damages warranting replacement of the roof. Specifically if you used one of the more known engineering firms in the U.S. Haag Engineering is among the top. There are more that I have experienced over my years as an Independent Insurance Adjuster.

I wish you well but I would trust the inspection of this company over the roofing contractor because this company got paid for their service either way and the roofing contractor only gets paid if the roof is replaced.

Unbelievable Company!
My experience with Ladder Now (now known as Seek Now) is rather devastating, as I was hired by this company, devoted a lot of time and money for nothing. I spent hours of unpaid training when I wasn't working at my full time job. Upon being hired I was told I would need to have a truck, ladder, roofing boots, license, iPad and insurance.
I was almost done with my training, which took a little longer than anticipated with the i-pad glitches as I kept having technical difficulties where the i-pad kept freezing up during the training. I addressed this and was told to try using a laptop, at this point I was eager to finish so I went and purchased one.
I received a call from Ladder Now (Seek Now), saying I was no longer needed for the job as it was taking me too long to complete the training yet nobody ever gave me a deadline. They knew I was currently working full time so I worked on the training when I could. If they needed me to complete it by a certain date/time they should of told me as I would of done whatever it took to have it done promptly, and prior to the deadline.

I'm only 19 years old and spent my entire savings buying everything they told me I would need. To make such a commitment and purchase a new truck, ladder, roofing boots, license, iPad and insurance and a laptop, I am in disbelief after devoting all this time and money, that a company would do this to someone especially considering there was never a date given to me.
I admit I was not able to get through it as quickly as I had hoped but I also didn't expect or anticipate the issues I was experiencing with the i-pad. This was also all new to me so I didn't want to race threw the training, as I was learning a lot.
It is very hard to believe a company would do this to someone and not even reach out with additional information surrounding a timeline expectation if there was one but nobody ever said anything to me ever.
I adhered to all requirements and spent money purchasing items as requested. I contacted the CEO, Russ Carroll who did not offer to refund me for anything I purchased especially things like the insurance and the license which was non-refundable. I don't understand how a company could or would do this to a 19 year old boy, knowing I used my entire savings. This shows what kind of place they run and obviously don't care about people.
