For the month of June I paid my rent on timeNow they are trying to say I owe more money (11.49) when I have proof that rent was paid in full before July

Ladera palms asked us to leave, we’ve left and then later they accused us of breach of contract and an eviction
They assured us this was not an eviction
We were on month-to-month, not under a lease
We always paid our rent every month although sometimes we had late fees
We were quiet people, didn’t bother anybody loved our neighbors, so we did not understand why we were asked to leave except when my husband lost his job we were slow at paying

I am rejecting this response because:ever sense [redacted] was fired, we have been targeted. We have been having several months of paying what we owe every month. Rent being paid in full every month, and yet they are continually saying that we owe the $11.49. Yes, she did waive it once. I had proof rent was paid in full. Yes, I demanded that they remove the 11.49. Ever sense they went paperless (which they did not give us proper notification this was taking place), the billing has not been right. I mentioned my concerns to the Assistant Manager, and was brushed off. I do not trust them at all. Yes, I have been having a lousy attitude as they do not fix our work orders in a timely fashion, and then lying about the rent not being paid in full when it has been. If the utilities were not added on a monthly bill, it is not my fault, and they should not be trying to get me to cover that, when it is their job to make sure that the bills are right when issuing them. You cannot say that oh such a such month the bills weren't added right and therefore now you have to pay it when the rent was paid in full. in my opinion it is illegal and someone should investigate them for cooking the books. I don't care what they do after we move, but they need to get things right. I still have a work order that has been out for a while. I have not mentioned it to them, but I have had to call code compliance at least twice that I can remember due to them NOT fixing work orders in a timely fashion.

I am the [redacted] at [redacted] in   Ft Worth Texas. In regards to the complaint ID [redacted], I disagree and do dispute the  claims of this resident. In June we went to a paperless system where  residents were able to pay their rental and utility fees online. This service or  rather App is called Rent Café. With respect to this resident her utility fee  was inadvertently not added on her final. monthly bill, she did pay what it asked her to pay but then the $**.49 was added by our utility provider after  the fact. This is typically the case when starting anything newt working out  the kinks, etc. When explained to this residentr she responded loudly and negatively and refused to pay it. She was speaking with our Resident  Services person in our Assistant Managers absence but then got to speak  with my Assistant at a later time. By this timer she was almost unable to  speak with us without screaming, trying to record and video whomever she  was speaking with on her phone, etc, I agreed to just write it off to avoid any further altercations in our place of business.  Rental history will never be impacted over $**.49 and she was given good   rental history on her notice to vacate and upcoming move to another  community, We will, not be giving any rental concessions to this resident as we have acted accordingly win this situation and do not freely just give  concessions when someone is not pleased with us doing our jobs. Please feel free to reach out to me should you have any questions.
