I am rejecting this response because: I have emailed them on 3/7/and I have not heard from them again to take their offerI gave all my information and have not heard backI did not take their offer prior because the product I purchased did not workI would think that they would back their productI tried to get prevention kits and detanglersI purchased elimination kits for $each[redacted]

When the consumer was contacted by our manager she stated she combed for 2 consecutive days after useOur manager explained the directions on the package state to comb for consecutive daysIn addition the consumer was offered multiple lice prevention products shampoo,
conditioner, mint spray and lice elimination products to replace the ones she had purchasedYes, as the consumer stated, the 24/consumer hotline was available to the consumerWe use that line to help customers with product use, tips/tricks for home cleaning as well as general questions about lice We are happy to send the consumer the products listed but do not have a money back guarantee policyWe take pride in our business and in the years of business and over 100,lice elimination kits we have sold, never fielded a complaint such as this Kindly, Lisa ***

The consumers email was responded to on the same day she emailed, 3/7/17. The package of lice prevention products was packed and as you can see from the shipping label, on 3/8/17 it was sent (upper right corner shows date). Our business prides itself in excellent customer service. I would like the record to reflect that Ladibugs has been responsive to this consumer, by calling her, giving her options for resolution and finally by sending her products.
