We had a in-store sale of in stock wedding gowns and bride took the sample on sale with $off with a free cleaning and pressing We usually send to the dry cleaners after alterations I sent off the new City cleaners to be cleaned as they were upset that we let someone wear it (why would we do that strong accusation which was not necessary) When bride called in September to ask for an exchange or refund she said she didn't like it anymore we said all sales are final because gowns can discontinue then we exhange say a new style for existing style that's been off the selling floor for months it could discontinue a month later that is why we do not as a policy I offered this bride in October to order a new dress and I would offer her the same discount which was generous -- she wanted NOTHING TO DO WITH THAT SOLUTION the ship date was January 9th which would of been plenty of time She stated I was crazy to think that was enough time I'm baffled Every time I offer a solution the reason changed I am able to offer the original dress which has been dry cleaned costing us $see receipt It's very clean see photos Or I can order a new dress which will arrive approx 4-29-which is after the wedding date Style is Casablanca In order to order the new dress I would need the balance paid in full because I am not going to entertain this situation again after I took this off the floor and then reordered it only to not have balance paid and picked up Please let me know how to proceed and the new wedding date for the order

I am rejecting this response because: Please tell the owner that I'm beyond unsatistfied with this companies morals and work ethicsIf I don't receive a refund on my deposit will be taking them to small claims and I will be taking all my negative complaints to social mediaAnd I will be sure all of my colleagues and friends share my post about this horrible company It seems she can magically order this dress when I was informed this dress was discontinued! I'm shocked at all the lies this owner is tellingPlease inform the owner I do not accept her proposalSince she is making me pay in full for dress that will NOT be here in time OR expecting me to pay off a dress that was WoRN I think it's now necessary to take this to small claimsAs much as I don't want to bad mouth this company all through social media and take them to small claims- she leaves me no other choice As soon as this ticket is closed I will be taking this to small claimsI will take not hearing a response from her as her refusing to give me back my $depositPlease inform the owner that this is my final request for her to refund my money or else I WILL take further actions

The customer bought a floor model at a discount    She called 7 months later wanting a refund    We have a all sales are final policy which she signed    She pursued arguing that we let another customer wear her dress which is ridiculous    I offered to...

special order anew dress without discount and then even offering the discount    She declined stating it would not arrive in time for a March wedding (ship date was jan 9 plenty of time)   Dress was dry cleaned looks brand new but she still has not paid balance or came to see it after dry clean which we offer with a sample dress
