[redacted] said, “We were talking to the employees in a Bulling way and were aggressive, and I was agitated I didn’t even talk much to anyone because I wasn’t feeling well I feel as though she called my phone with more LIES and accusations, and I heard her laughing at me as she was hanging up the phone [redacted] also LIED and said someone else heard me cuss This is not true about the [redacted] s when the cashier and [redacted] admitted to [redacted] that I didn’t say anything like that to anyone Barona Casino will not acknowledge that [redacted] and [redacted] both LIED on a Pastor and wife You know MrMr [redacted] , I believe that there may have been hundreds of people like us that have been LIED ON, and ran out the Casino for no TRUE reason All we wanted was an apology and our name cleared in the computer This is very sad for a company to allow their customers to be treated in this way, plus over less than $50.00! I am appalled by the seemingly arrogant behavior and no real remorse of the Management This incident really seems to be something larger than an apology It is now about a person giving up their rights to eat at a buffet on any Indian Reservation because that made a Complaint! Like I told ***, we will be moving to the next level of going before the Barona Gaming Commission.Mr [redacted] , I sure hope you call my husband ***, before this situation continual to escalate, to the News and the public forms I wouldn’t want anyone to know how we were treated for complaining about customer service if I was Barona Casino We would love to go before the Council[redacted] Dr [redacted] O [redacted] , Sr[redacted] THE [redacted] S'

The situation with the guest has been resolvedThe following is a summary and the result of the conversation: At approximately 1:15pm on June 28, [redacted] ***, assistant director of Promotions and Special Events, called and spoke to Mr [redacted] First, the dates and promotion were confirmed and agreed toThe promotion in question was not 10X points as stated, but rather a promotion called Free Play Bonus Day, which granted a rebate of $in free play for every 1,slot points earned on the day of play, which was June (rather than June as stated)Upon reviewing Mr [redacted] ’s account, it was confirmed that the player had earned enough slot points to yield two rebates of $each, to which Mr [redacted] agreedAs such, the promotion worked as stated, and nothing was owed to the guest that wasn’t dueTo allow for an easier time solving any questions such as this, [redacted] provided the opportunity for Mr [redacted] to meet or call him directly in the future if needed

Good Afternoon, Our position in this complaint remains the sameThe surveillance footage contradicts the statements made by the ***sThe ***s have been informed that to be reinstated they must present their case before the Barona Gaming Commission, which they have acknowledged that they will do. Good Afternoon, In response to the allegations, Casino Management has investigated the situation and made personal contact with the ***s on April 12, Management apologized that the situation escalated to the level that it reached, however, video surveillance of the entire incident
contradicts the claims being madeThe ***s have been informed that if they would like to be reinstated, they need to go before the Barona Gaming CommissionThank you

The issue has been resolved as the Director of Food and Beverage made contact with the guest was offered a full refund back to his credit card

Upon reviewing Mr. [redacted]’s account, it was confirmed that the player had earned enough slot points to yield two rebates of $10 each, to which Mr. [redacted] agreed. As such, the promotion worked as stated, and nothing was owed to the guest that wasn’t due. To allow for an easier time solving any questions such as this, [redacted] provided the opportunity for Mr. [redacted] to meet or call him directly in the future if needed.
