out to *** *** in her numerous emails to us, we did inform members of the move and that we were going to be closed for a few weeks*** *** apparently did not get those emails as she opted not to be a part of our mailing list*** *** was also not a part of our *** page, a second form of communication for us to reach our membersHer claim of “advertising” was also addressed; we were in the process of updating the website to include the current gym photos, as was pointed out in each of her emailsHer claim about the *** is actually out of our hands; that was a holiday special that repeats when *** wants to rerun itRegarding our new location; we share the building with a popular climbing gym in *** called *** ***There are also several other businesses in the buildingTo get to our location, one does not use a “back elevator” but the main (and only) elevator to get to the second floor where the Ladimax studio is locatedWe left our previous location in *** because there was insufficient parking and the idling of moving trucks for minutes every morning was not in the best health and interest of our patrons, something we take very seriously** ***’s assertion of “beautiful, light and airy” is her opinion and while we respect that, we cannot allow her to dictate the terms and conditions of our operationsWe are more than happy to have *** *** come in and try the new space and welcome her back but we have not broken the terms of the contract she signed so it shall remain intactThank you *** ***

Review: Although my complaint is about their false advertising it is also about their location and the fact that they moved from their location in [redacted] that was beautiful, open and airy to the next town, [redacted], where one has to go through a warehouse and up a back elevator to access the new location. The new location is dark and dingy, and not as large or as nice as the first facility.I never was informed of their move from the company, and as you can see from their website, they are still advertising as if they are in their old location. They just posted on [redacted] with the same false information, so if someone buys their package then they are being duped.I contacted the owner, [redacted] and expressed my displeasure with the new location and that she has failed to update the website to reflect the new location and the current facilities, and I asked to cancel my membership since I do not feel safe going through a warehouse to use a facility that looks substandard compared to what I agreed to when I signed up 18 months ago. She referred me to her management company and they also refused to stop billing me for the rest of the contract stating that the company did not move that far away.Besides the false advertising, I did not sign up for a gym in the town of [redacted] in an isolated building on the top of a warehouse. As far as the false advertising [redacted] informed me via email that she was having trouble with her website vendor's platform. This sounds like it isn't true because they have had months to fix the issue. Pictures and facility addresses and information should be able to be changed on the fly.Desired Settlement: I would like for the company to cease billing me and my daughter for the rest of the membership as we will not be going to their new location.Also I would like for them to stop their false advertising because it is very misleading and is bad business practice.
