Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: I picked up the vehicle last Thursday after the transmission replacement and now I'm having issues with the break rotors again They are shot and need to be replaced I understand I purchased a used vehicle, however this issues should of being addressed before the vehicle was sold it's unacceptable that I have to purchase break rotors less that two months owning the vehicle Ladin hyundai is an well known dealership and I went there expecting a much better product not a head ache!! Also the tech that worked on my vehicle left stains all over the carpet on the driver's side Regards, Raphael Moore

After speaking with the general sales manager I was advised that the value of the trade in, the Honda, was significantly lower than the payoff therefore the negative equity caused a change in the paymentsCustomer declined to the transaction and did not buy a vehicle or trade it in
