All our cleaning items are entered into our computer system in another area of the building not on our front counter We do not charge people discriminately different prices This was a human error by one of our employees

It is our goal to satisfy our customers and I am happy to hear that have met that goal with this valued customer for over years before this garment. When this garment was received it had multiple marks from some type of ink pen located on the lapel right next to the front pocket
This was noted by the pre cleaning inspection and noted on the invoiceLines from an ink pen were drawn directly onto the lapel and also the sleeve of the jacket.Ink can sometimes be removed from some garmentsThere are many factors that will determine if a stain such as this can be completely removedThe type of material from which the garment is made, the dyes that are used when the garment is manufactured and the type of ink in the pen are all factors that can prevent the complete and safe removal of an stain such as this.Our efforts were extensive to safely remove the ink stainsAlthough the pen marks were lightened, we were unable to completely remove themHowever, No damage to the garment was evident in the post cleaning inspectionI have uploaded a photo of the condition of the garment after our efforts.I regret that our customer is unhappy with the results of our efforts in this caseHowever, we will not be responsible to replace the garment because the ink could not be safely removed *** ***, Hallmark Cleaners*** ***Hallmark Cleaners
